If you are in a hurry, you may simply use your phone and search for another terminal nearby. During emergencies, you may also use other banks’ ATM with a fee of Php 15 to Php 25.
If you have a mobile banking app, you can simply do online transfers. You can also use it to pay using the e-wallet or debit feature in most shops.
However, you can also perform cash-out services if you want to initially transfer the money to any of your e-wallet account if you have one.
