There is no ATM of the bank available. However, you can use any ATM of any bank with the logos of American Express, Mastercard and Visa.

You may call the Makati office is they accept cheque encashment transactions. The office is for government and corporate accounts but there is no harm in trying.

  I have an account in America in Arizona USA ! Have direct deposits made regularly!
  I’m currently in the Philippines but communication with bank to do anything ! Takes hours of work on my end!
  Don’t know how to reach the bank anymore! On line always directs me to another bank

    Hi admin, just want to ask if the bank of america has a office here in manila. My father is already retired here in the philippines but the card that the bank of america issued is restricted for withdrawing money. The customer service in the u.s always insisting that the only to verify my father is thru txt but my father is no longer using his sim and also is not working here in the philippines. Appreciate if anyone can help us to resolve this issue. Thanks
