Not Accepting Money (paper bill)
Sometimes, the cash deposit machine ATM will reject your money. Simply pick the rejected paper bill, straighten it up and avoid any folds. The paper bill should not have any torn parts, not damaged and in good condition.
Sometimes, the reason for rejected money from BDO deposit ATM machines is due to a fake counterfeited bill.
Posting Time
Your deposit will reflect in real time or automatically when you check your balance. Make a balance inquiry after your deposit. Or you can also check your balance using the BDO App.
24 Hours Machine
The cash acceptance machines are available in most branches. In malls, the machines are only available during mall hours usually from 10 AM to 9 PM.
There were reports that some branches have their machines inside. Depositors are not able to deposit using the machine after banking hours. This is also true when the branch is already closed and the deposit machines are not available.
There are even branches open on Saturdays that you can go to to for your transactions.
